Roy Xu, Vice President of Civil Engineering

Born in Shanghai, China Mr Xu completed his Middle School education there. He reads and writes Chinese and speaks fluent Mandarin and Cantonese. Mr. Xu is a Summa Cum Laude graduate from the University of Southern California (USC). He has a M.S. in Construction Management and a B.S. in Civil Engineering.  Mr. Xu has received numerous awards for his academic achievements, including being recognized as a Renaissance Scholar at USC and being named in the National. rxu@inlandenergy.com
