Tim Read, BLM Consultant

Mr. Read has spent 29 of his 33 years in Government service with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). He worked in BLM’s Barstow Field Office for 18 years, where he was Field Office Manager from 1994 until his retirement in 2004. Mr. Read served on the Steering Committee of the West Mojave Plan. He provided information to the planning team regarding BLM land management direction specifically in relation to threatened and endangered (T&E) species habitat. tread@inlandenergy.com
