Charles Hicks, JR., ESQ, Transportation Attorney

Charles Hicks, Jr., earned his Juries Doctor Degree in 2000, and his B.S. in Applied Science and Technology from Edison State College, New Jersey in 1984. Mr. Hicks provides transportation legal expertise to aviation organizations, governmental authorities and private sector companies. A 31-year U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) career veteran, he worked closely with state and local governments to execute federal policy and create innovative strategies to resolve complex transportation land use, airspace and aviation-related environmental issues. hicks@inlandenergy.com
